We are proud to offer current and comprehensive prenatal classes. These four-week sessions will not only help you to understand the physiological changes in your body but instruct you on the best ways to prepare yourself and your home for your sweet baby. We highly recommended making this investment of your time to attend because life experience and research confirm the link between prenatal education and successful breastfeeding, confident caregiving, and more familiarity with other newborn experiences. We are confident you'll enjoy these classes and feel more ready to embark on this new parenting journey. Our classes are currently led by a community RN with experience in pediatrics, postpartum, and lactation education. You are welcome to attend alone or bring your partner if you so wish!
We also offer one-on-one prenatal support with a client advocate.

There are many different emotions that women experience after an abortion, some of which can even change over time. These emotions can start immediately after the procedure, or may come up later in life. No matter what emotions you are experiencing, they are all valid and need a safe space to work through. We offer one-on-one support, or group classes that are eight weeks long.

Mentoring New Mom’s is for new mom’s with babies’ ages 0 – 3 months who wish to be provided with information, mentoring support, and encouragement. It is our desire to encourage new moms, who may not have close supports, with volunteers who will visit them in their homes.
Our belief is that every mom and baby has intrinsic value as individuals and that moms have knowledge and skills that can be encouraged and enhanced when extra support is offered. Mom’s want to do the best that they can for their baby and support in these early months is empowering.
The transition between pregnancy and parenting can be difficult and we hope to bridge that gap, as well as encourage attachment with a newborn.
